Jonah Hill Gets Insulted By Female Host During An Extremely Awkward Interview On French TV (VIDEO)

I’ll be honest here. When I first saw the headline for this, I thought, “I’m sure it’s not that bad. People always dramatize these awkward interviews.” But then I watched the clip above, and I felt like I needed to take a shower to wash away all the cringe.

Jonah Hill was doing a string of interviews on French TV to promote his new film War Dogs, and during an appearance on Le Grand Journal, things got real strange when one of the hosts of the show, Ornella Fleury, made a pretty mean joke about the 32-year-old actor.

She set up the joke by telling Hill, “Anyway, that’s why I have a sexual fantasy with you, Jonah,” the audience seemed to know where this was going because they all started giggling before she made it to the punchline, “All I said is ‘sexual fantasy,’ and you guys laugh. Guess I don’t need to finish the joke,” she told the audience.

But she did finish the joke, and it was a brutal one…

My sexual fantasy would be that we’d meet up in a hotel room at night. We would chat, you’d make me laugh; you’d make me laugh a lot. And then all of a sudden, you’d bring your friends [Leonardo] DiCaprio and Brad Pitt, and then you’d go away.

Even though Hill likes to joke around and laugh, this just came off as mean, especially because they probably hadn’t even met before then. It wasn’t like they were old friends just goofin’ around with each other. The host simply wanted to get some laughs by making fun of Hill.

According to multiple reports, the actor canceled all of his French press for the movie, so it looks like her joke really upset him.

We should note that the host did apologize (kinda) for the joke earlier this week…
