Mariah Carey’s INSANE Diet Only Includes Two Foods, Why Is She Doing This To Herself?

Yesterday we wrote a story about Mariah Carey’s Thanksgiving Photoshop fail. If you missed it, you can click on this link and check it out. Basically, she was caught trying to make her body look a little slimmer than it truly is.

And honestly, I don’t think it’s a HUGE deal because every celebrity does it. It’s like steroids in sports. Is it sending the wrong message to children? Absolutely, but it’s not going to stop because no one wants to fall behind.

However, there is a blanket of sadness covering this perfect body mayhem. Carey recently admitted she basically only eats two foods every single day to keep her body in shape. She limits herself so much in the kitchen, yet she’s still not comfortable showing off her real body on Instagram.

During an interview with E! News, the singer talked about her boring diet:

“It’s really hard. My diet, you would hate it. All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That’s it. I’m actually serious. I try to stick with the proteins. It’s the worst. But it works!”

That sounds brutal. No chips? Crackers? Cookies? Potatoes? Pasta? Rice? Biscuits? WHAT IS THE POINT OF LIVING IF YOU CAN’T HAVE A BOWL OF PASTA?

I’m not sure I believe her. She has to cheat sometimes. In the failed photo from yesterday, she can be seen holding a pie. Was it a salmon pie? Or did she just bake it and not eat it? Was it only used for the photo? If so, f–k her.
