Shots Fired? Miranda Lambert Throws Some Shade At Blake Shelton By Changing The Lyrics To One Of Her Songs (VIDEO)
Miranda Lambert is a decent country artist. She has a few songs that are really good, but she also has a few that are really bad. Her song ‘Little Red Wagon‘ falls safely inside the bad category. It’s a terrible song. You can listen to it in the video above, but I would suggest cutting off your nipples, dipping your hand in a pot of boiling water and eating your toenails before you do it.
In the song, there is a part where Lambert sings, “I live in Oklahoma,” which is no longer true because she and Blake Shelton split after four years of marriage in 2015. She only lived in Oklahoma for Blake, so when they divorced, she got the hell out of there.
How do we know this? Well, she said it! During the opening night of her Livin’ Like Hippies tour, she tortured her fans with the red wagon song, but this time the lyrics were a bit different.
Instead of “I live in Oklahoma,” she said, “I got the hell out of Oklahoma”
The audience loved it. You could hear them cheer for the clever line. Don’t get it twisted, though. Lambert isn’t sitting around fuming over her divorce with Shelton.
She has moved on and she’s actually in a serious relationship with musician Anderson East. They started their relationship back in December 2015, and sources who talked with Us Weekly claim they are great together…
“They are really enjoying each other’s company. She couldn’t have picked a better dude to have fun with. Anderson is the coolest guy. Everyone loves them together.”
