Floyd Mayweather Took His Private Jet To Iceland Just To Take Some Photos For Instagram
For some, a vacation is a two-night stay at a Best Western three hours from home. For others, it’s a trip to Disneyland, and for Floyd Mayweather…it’s a ride in a private jet to Iceland.
The 41-year-old boxing legend flew all the way to Iceland for just one night to take photos for his Instagram account. How do we know this? Well, because he posted the photo you see above to his Instagram, which proves he was in Iceland.
And a source close to the boxer told Us Weekly…
“Floyd flew to Iceland on a private jet to take pictures for Instagram. He flew back right after that. It’s just him and some members of his team. He didn’t even spend the night.”
He went to the Blue Lagoon, which is one of the 25 wonders of the world. He captioned a brief video of himself inside the lagoon and said life is all about experiencing different things…
“Life is all about experiencing different things. So, I decided to come check out Iceland. It is one of the most sought out countries for hot springs. What better place than the Blue Lagoon to experience first while in Iceland.”
From Iceland, he apparently flew to Paris because his next round of photos were snapped in France. I guess he’s just traveling the world, ’cause why the hell not? The dude is rich!
He earned more than $275 million for his August 2017 fight against Conor McGregor. In April, Forbes named him the No. 1 celebrity earner in 2018.
