Watch Hilarious Clip Of Jamie Foxx Flubbing His Lines During ‘Live In Front Of A Studio Audience’ Special (VIDEO)
Something interesting went down on ABC on Wednesday night. Jimmy Kimmel presented live remakes of the Norman Lear sitcoms, The Jeffersons and All in the Family.
And unlike some live event specials, this one actually delivered. The reviews coming in have almost all been positive and the reaction online was extreme nostalgia and praise. Several stars participated in this special, including Jamie Foxx, Woody Harrelson, Marisa Tomei, Wanda Sykes, Anthony Anderson, Will Ferrell, Kerry Washington and more.
The hour and a half-long special was full of laughs, but the biggest laugh of the night came when Jamie Foxx flubbed one of his lines. Instead of ignoring the error, he decided to go with it.
After spouting a bunch of nonsense, he turned around and said “It’s live,” while still in character, “Everyone sitting at home just think their TV messed up.”
He then walked in a circle and did a little dance as the rest of the cast tried to keep it together, but as you can see, most of them couldn’t hold back their laughter. You can see Woody in the back having to turn around because he was laughing so hard.
Check out the hilarious clip below…
Here’s the moment where Jamie Foxx, as George Jefferson, forgot his lines and broke the fourth wall. Live TV! And he’s going full Sherman Hemsley. But Wanda Sykes as Weezy is kinda doing her own intrepretation altogether. Same for Woody Harrelson as Archie. Also Jennifer Hudson did this…
