Ayesha Curry Has Lost Over 30 Pounds In Quarantine, Find Out How She’s Dropping The Weight!
We all know Ayesha Curry has had a tough time with how successful her husband, Stephen Curry, has been. Mostly because he has girls hitting on him left and right.
She has even stated in the past that she wishes she got more attention from dudes. Not because she’d ever do anything with them, but simply because it feels nice to be wanted, especially when your husband has groupies hanging outside hotels and arenas in every city in America.
Why are we talking about this? Well, because she just dropped over 30 pounds while in quarantine. She recently partnered with Fitbit Premium, and to celebrate the partnership, she talked to Yahoo Canada Lifestyle about her diet and daily routine.
My daily routine typically starts with a coffee with ghee and coconut oil blended. I try to drink 32 ounces of water before noon and flavor it with cucumbers and lemon. We’re a ‘green veggies’ family. We love Brussels [sprouts], asparagus and broccoli. I like to roast them on high heat to give everything a nice char and enhance the flavor of the veg. There’s nothing I love more than a one-pot/one sheet pan dinner, so most nights I’ll season up a protein and roast it alongside the vegetables.
That’s actually a good tip. If you don’t like veggies, roast them! It makes them taste delicious, and it’s super simple. Toss on some olive oil (but not too much!) and throw in all the seasonings you want.
Ayesha also admits to counting her calories via the Fitbit app. Additionally, she created her own workout routine.

I started my fitness journey because I wanted to be strong and healthy for myself and the people who depend on me.
