Kris Jenner’s Former Security Guard Is Accusing Her Of Sexual Misconduct In New Lawsuit
Kris Jenner is being sued by her former security guard on allegations of sexual harassment. In court documents, Marc McWilliams claims he was “subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances,” while working with Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.
He was hired to work for them back in 2017 and claims the inappropriate behavior started in May of that year.
According to the documents, the momager made comments ‘of an overt sexual nature’ toward McWilliams, allegedly remarking on his physical appearance, asking about his sex life and suggesting they ‘engage in a romantic and sexual relationship.’
Around May 2017, McWilliams claims, Jenner demonstrated ‘non-consensual physical contact,’ despite his ‘repeatedly’ complaining to his employer, David Shield Security.
McWilliams also claims he witnessed Jenner making sexual, sexist, racist and homophobic comments at him and his co-workers.
He was “suspended” from working alongside Jenner in September 2018, but he continued to work for Kourtney until he was later terminated.
Of course, both Jenner and Kourtney deny the claims. Their attorney, Marty Singer, released the following statement:
Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the absurd claims as completely fabricated and false fiction without a scrap of truth to them. Kris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately toward Marc McWilliams. The security guard worked outside the house and he never even went into Kris’ house.
Furthermore, Kris had very little interaction with him. After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while on the job, the security company was asked not to assign him to work there in the future.
Singer adds that after they defeat this “ridiculous lawsuit” in court, they plan to bring out their own lawsuit against McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.
We’ll see what happens, but if I were McWilliams, I’d be a little afraid. He’s going up against some powerful people. He better make sure he has some proof to back up his claims.
