Ryan Seacrest Is Selling His Beverly Hills Mansion For A Cool $85 Million
Want to see how the 1% live? Check out these photos of Ryan Seacrest’s estate in Beverly Hills.
The 45-year-old TV host/producer/radio host has a net worth close to $500 million, which means he can afford pretty much anything he wants. Back in 2012, Seacrest purchased Ellen DeGeneres’ old home in the hills for $39 million.
Now, eight years later, he’s looking to sell the home for $85 million, which means he could potentially pocket over $40 million! Not a bad investment, eh?
According to insiders, Seacrest is looking to sell the home because he no longer spends much time in LA. He’s mostly in New York, so he doesn’t really need this huge property on the other side of the country.
The main house is 9,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 6 baths and a gourmet chef’s kitchen that opens to an outdoor pizza oven.
The living room has 22-foot high ceilings, but that’s just the beginning. It has a movie theatre, a spa, an incredible world-class gym and a master suite with its own meditation garden. It even has a super cool bar/lounge.
It also has incredible views of Los Angeles, of course.
It’s being listed by well known realtor Kurt Rappaport, who has a net worth close to $400 million!!! Crazy, crazy stuff.
By the way, Seacrest has properties around the world. He has a home in New York, Napa, and Italy.
Not a bad life.
