Soulja Boy is Being Sued for Defamation for a Video He Released on YouTube
Soulja Boy is getting sued for a Video Release. Nope, not for one of his songs, but for a video he released exclusively for TMZ.
Back in June, Soulja Boy smashed his Bentley into a Chevy driven by Bobbiye Sullinger and Herman Flowers. Right after the accident TMZ was there with Herman Flowers as he explained that Soulja Boy crossed the double yellow lines. Bobbiye Sullinger – I am assuming his wife that he mentions in the video is pregnant at the time and is taken to the hospital.
Sullinger and Flowers have filed a law suit against Soulja Boy aka DeAndre Cortez Way (hee hee), suing the 22 year old for physical, financial and emotional damage. They are citing medical expenses, loss of income and property damage.
WHAT ABOUT THE DEFAMATION?
I’m getting there. In 2nd video, Soulja calls Bobbiye a racist and a liar. He claims that she said that he stole the Bentley. Bobbiye states that the video is not only filled with false accusations but the negative portrayal of her has impacted her career and reputation. For this she is also suing for defamation.
Not sure what she did for a living but I highly doubt, a 22 year old spoiled kid, calling you a racists, amongst dropping the N-word would realy cause you not to get that long awaited promotion.
