Yandy’s Baby Daddy Mandeecee is on Trial. You won’t believe the Details of the Case.

Last year at the end of Love and Hip hop when we found out that Yandy was pregnant we also found out that her man, Mendeecee had some charges  on him.  Not just “some” charges but charges that I would consider egregious to say the least.  After all the smack talk, the entire topic just went dead.  Then we see him on this season and dude seems like everything is roses. Well that’s not the case at all.

Yesterday Mendeecee Harris was on trial. The charges are aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment.

The prosecution basically saying that Mendeecee had sex with a 15 year old girl multiple times.  The sexual acts took place between 2009 and 2010.  They say that he persuaded the young girl with money which was easy to do because she was in a financially challenged environment.

The Prosecutor Demetra Maurice stated,

“An adult like Mendeecees Harris can easily manipulate a child into doing things like performing oral sex – with words, with actions and later, with money,”

OH – it gets worse.

The prosecutor also stated that Mendeecee lived in the same house.  The victim is the daughter of his ex-girlfriend.  Mendeecee his ex, her two sons, her daughter (the victim) and Mendeecee’s other child all lived in the same house.  His ex would often leave Mendeecee alone with her daughter and her sons.  Allegedly he would show the young girl p0rn and…..

I have to quote this part….

The prosecution then stated that Harris began showing the accuser pornography, asking for oral sex, and requesting she tell him sexual stories. Eventually, he started offering her money for sexual favors.

It is alleged that he would even tell the boys in the house to “go talk to your sister, she knows what she has to do” when they would ask for money for themselves.

Mendeecee’s attorney says that the entire thing is made up.  He states that the girl made up the entire story so she can avoid getting sent down south to live with her father.  He insists that Harris never had sex with the girl or offered her money.

Mendeecee was offered a plea bargain that he turned down claiming that he is innocent.  The deal would have given Mendeecee 5 years.  He refused the deal which resulted in the trial that is happening right now.  If Mendeecee is convicted he would be looking at 20 years.

MORE CHARGES – DRUG RELATED

Once Mendeecee is done with this case he will be facing charges for drug trafficking in Rochester, New York. He’s named in a federal case that involves $2.5 million in Heroin and Cocaine.

Now someone remind me again, why in the hell is Yandy with this fool???
