James Franco Good Actor, Bad Neighbor.

One of the stars of the surprising hit, “Spring Breakers” is apparently a really crappy neighbor. James Franco is doing a great job of pissing off the people who live next door to him. They claim that he leaves trash everywhere, makes too much noise and takes up all the available parking spaces! And it’s not just one neighbor who is complaining, TMZ is reporting that multiple neighbors have filed formal complaints with the housing department.

James Franco’s house is doubling as a movie studio, this according to one of his angry neighbors. The neighbor claims that film crews create havoc on the street and take up all of the parking spaces. There is also concern for the kids in the neighborhood because of all the unnecessary traffic on the street. What if one of them gets run over? And it doesn’t end there! One lady even claims that Franco’s security team “leers” at her and makes her feel extremely uncomfortable.

Now, is all this true? Well, we don’t know for sure, but there is definitely something here. You don’t get multiple complaints filed against you for no reason. However, it’s probably being blown out of proportion because he is a movie star. The “trash everywhere” probably means a few wind blown papers, and the parking fiasco could probably be fixed with just a little communication!

The neighbors need to stop talking to the tabloids and start talking to the man himself! Maybe he’ll give you some free movie tickets for the trouble he has caused.
