Lindsay Lohan Not Going to Rehab?

Who didn’t see this coming? Lindsay Lohan was supposed to enter rehab today in the Hamptons, but apparently that will not be happening. TMZ is reporting that Lohan is actually on a private jet headed back to Los Angeles. The fallout comes after Lohan learned that the rehab facility wouldn’t allow her to smoke or take her Adderall drugs. It’s being reported that Lohan is planning on entering Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, instead.

However, the 26-year-old actress could be in big trouble because the rehab was court ordered, which means prosecutors must approve of the rehab facility. And according to reports, they did not give Lindsay permission to change rehab facilities. To make matters worse, no one from Lindsay’s party contacted the L.A. City Attorney to inform them about their change of plans. Fireworks are expected in the courtroom today where Lohan’s lawyers must show proof that Lohan enrolled in the rehab facility in Seafield.

Of course, they will likely be unable to approve that because she is not even in the same time zone as the rehab facility! Her lawyers better present a good case, or their client could be facing up to 90 days in jail for violating her plea deal.
