Jesse Eisenberg: Huge Jerk or Flirting Fail?

Mr. Eisenberg recently sat down for an interview with Romina Puga from Univision News. Jesse Eisenberg was there to promote his new movie, “Now You See Me” in which he plays a magician. Anyway, things got a little weird during the interview after the actor appeared to get a little irritated after Romina called Morgan Freeman by just his last name. “Freeman? Who are you? What are you on the baseball team with him?” Jesse replied.

And things only got stranger from there. Some people think he was being a jerk and some people actually think he was flirting with Romina. I have my own thoughts on the matter, but first watch the interview below and then I’ll share my thoughts with you.

Pretty awkward, huh? Personally, I think he was actually trying to impress her with his wit. Obviously he failed, considering that Romina said she felt humiliated. However, I honestly don’t think he was intentionally being a jerk. Look at how beautiful that girl is! If she was interviewing me, I’m pretty sure I’d try to impress her, I’d just do it in a different way than Jesse. I would probably tell her about how I was the star bowler on my bowling league back in middle school.
