‘Storage Wars’ Star Wins Porn Lawsuit

We’re not sure if you knew this or not, but one of the stars of A&E’s hit show ‘Storage Wars’ was involved in a lawsuit regarding fake porn videos. No, sadly it wasn’t Barry Weiss, even though that would have been insanely awesome. The lawsuit involved Brandi Passante. She was suing a porn site because they allegedly posted a fake video and fake nude photos of her on their site. She also claims they sold merchandise that “resembled” her.

Well, Brandi was suing for $2.5 million in damages! And guess what? The judge ended up ruling in her favor, however, she did not award Brandi $2.5 million. In fact, she didn’t even award the reality tv star $1,000! The judge awarded her just $750 and she also ruled that all of her attorney fees will be covered. Brandi was probably lucky enough just to get that much, considering the fact that the Judge said repeatedly that she did not provide any evidence for the amount in damages she was seeking.

It does appear like she was dealing with one creepy dude, though. Hunter Moore was the guy who ran the porn site and he sounds like a disgusting human being. During the court proceedings he was taunting Brandi and even sent “explicit” photos of his private parts to her attorney!

$750, eh? That’s not terrible. It might be enough to afford one storage locker, yeah? Maybe she’ll make a profit on it.
