Kevin James’ $18.5 Million Delray Beach, Florida Mega-Mansion!

While we know Kevin James for being a fat lovable guy, while no one was really looking Mr. Fat and Loveable earned a crap load of money in the process.  James is worth an estimated $80 million dollars.  Once you know that, the size and cost of his house should be no surprise.  BTW, this is the second home he has put on the market.

The home occupies over 80,000 square feet and he is asking for $20 Million.  It appears that he is trying to leverage the recent rise in real estate as he has only had the house for 8 months.  and purchased it for 18.5 million.

The home was built in 2009 and has a saltwater pool, a cabana, basketball court, volleyball court and a guest house.  Plenty of room for Kevin James, his wife and three kids.  You think?
