Is Hugh Jackman Gay Or Not?

Gay rumors have always surrounded Hugh Jackman. He’s had to deny reports that he is a switch hitter for his entire career, and he’s starting to get a little tired of it. His wife of 17 years is starting to get tired of it, as well.

Both Hugh and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness were on “60 Minutes” in Australia and expressed their frustration with the gay rumors,

“It’s, to me, not the most interesting thing about a person, anyway. I do get frustrated for Deb, cause I see Deb go, ’Ah, this is just crazy!’” Jackman said in the interview. His wife was a little more blunt with her reply, “If he was gay, fine, he would say he’s gay. It’s annoying because it’s not true.” she said.

Apparently, the gay rumors do really put a strain on their marriage. The rumors seem to really bother his wife. Back in February of this year, Jackman told The Hollywood Reporter that the rumors really “bug” his wife. He also said that sometimes she has a hard time ignoring all of the speculation.

That’s tough. It probably doesn’t make you feel too good when you’re having to defend your sexuality to your own wife. I’m not sure why so many gay rumors surround Hugh, perhaps it has something to do with his last name? Who knows.
