Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt Prank The Internet
Apparently, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are still alive…who knew?
The horribly insane human beings are still around and they are still trolling the world with their ridiculous behavior. Their latest stunt left the internet and several critics really confused.
The couple announced that they were launching a new web show called, “SpeidiShow.” In each episode, they were would try out a different reality show format. For example, helping out someone with a wedding, or going to another country with no money in their pockets.
News of the show spread like herpes at a strip club in Arkansas. Twitter couldn’t stop talking about the show. Fans were tweeting constantly about it and MTV even wrote a review of the show, but there is just one problem with all of this.
The show doesn’t exist.
That’s right, Heidi and Spencer partnered up with two writers in charge of a project called netprov, or network improv narrative. Their mission was to see just how much “internet buzz” they could create for a show that doesn‘t exist, especially on Twitter.
Pratt was quoted as saying, “No one seems to know what to do with Twitter other than make fools of themselves. Why not play with it?”
Sadly, the douchebag kind of has a point. However, it’s still a little f–ked up that they seem to get off on pissing people off. It seems like at some point in their life they might actually want to contribute to the world.
