Miley Cyrus Is Out Of Her Mind, Calls Herself An Underdog
Miley Cyrus is talking about how great she is (again) in Cosmopolitan’s upcoming December issue. During the interview with the magazine, the 20-year-old admitted to feeling like an “underdog.”
“Everything is so chaotic and crazy right now and it’s so much all at once, but I’m living for it. I’m just having the best time ever and everything’s falling into place like it’s supposed to. Even people who hate on me, they can’t even shut down the fact that I’m literally what everyone is talking about.”
Oh, someone please shoot me. Is it impossible to just dislike someone anymore? Why can’t you say something bad about someone without being called a hater? That has to be one of the most annoying trends lately. You say one bad thing about someone and you’re automatically a hater.
[more…]What if I honestly think your music sucks? What if I honestly think your behavior is despicable? What if I think your performances are directed by the Devil himself? Does that make me a hater?
Anyway, Miley then went on to talk about much of an underdog she is…
“I don’t want to say I’m on top right now — I feel like I’m kind of an underdog in a cool way. It’s almost punk rock to like me because it’s not the right thing to do. Like, society wants to shut me down.”
No, it’s not punk rock to like you. It’s embarrassing to like you. There is a difference, but I guess that just makes me a hater for pointing it out.
She also talks about God toward the end of the interview, but we’re not even going to show you that quote because we can only handle so much bullsh-t at a time.
