Justin Bieber Could Land Plea Deal In Miami Beach DUI Case
It looks like America’s favorite Canadian could be getting off easy in the Miami DUI case. It’s being reported that prosecutors have backed away from charging the 20-year-old singer.
According to a report by TMZ, prosecutors are currently working out a deal with Bieber’s lawyers. In the deal, Bieber would plead no contest to reckless driving. If he agrees to do that, the three more serious charges would be dropped. It would be a huge victory for Justin Bieber and his lawyers.
He still might get a year of probation, but that’s nothing compared to what he was facing just a few weeks ago. You may also remember that the prosecutors wanted to stick the Biebs with random drug tests, but it now appears that will not happen either. Bieber’s lawyers have been against it from the beginning.

He will have to be on his best behavior for a year, which isn’t something he has proven he can do. If he starts throwing eggs at houses again, he just might find himself behind bars.
