Taylor Swift Fights Back, Countersues Radio DJ Who Allegedly Lifted Her Skirt To Touch Her Butt

As we have mentioned several times on this site, you do not want to mess with Taylor Swift. She may be one of the sweetest celebrities around, but if you start spreading some hurtful rumors about her? You better watch out.

Back in September, we told you the story of radio DJ David Mueller. He claims he was fired from his job at 98.5 KYGO because of false allegations made by T-Swift and her crew. Swift claims the former DJ, “intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission.”

This according to the countersuit she just filed against him. The court documents also explain that Mueller had been fired from two on-air radio jobs before this butt-grabbing incident took place. You see, Mueller acknowledges that someone did grab Swift’s booty, but he put the blame on his former boss, Eddie Haskell, who has no relation to the fictional Leave It to Beaver character.

Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault — it was Mueller — and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit.

Swift is asking for damages to be assessed by a jury. Any money she wins will be donated to “charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard.”
