For those who haven’t heard the story, Kesha had a legal setback in court the other day during her battle against Dr. Luke. Kehsa was seeking a preliminary injunction that would allow her to release new music outside of Dr. Luke’s authority.
Sadly, the judge denied the request and the 28-year-old singer was left crying inside the courtroom. And while the judge made it clear Kesha could record music with Sony without Dr. Luke’s involvement, Kesha’s lawyer found that ridiculous because Sony has allegedly “sided with Dr. Luke,” which would set Kesha up for failure.
Even though the judge denied this request, Kesha still knows she is doing the right thing by speaking out about the abuse she endured during her time with Dr. Luke…
