Taylor Swift Still Hasn’t Found The One, Breaks Up With Longtime Boo Joe Alwyn

It looks like Taylor Swift still hasn’t found her happy ending. It was reported over the weekend that Swift and Joe Alwyn have broken up after six years of dating.

Many people thought they were close to getting married and potentially having kids, so it’s a shock to some people.

But to hardcore Swifties? Well, they claim they saw it coming. Fans believe she gave hints of the split a week or two before the official announcement. When she performed at her sold-out show in Texas on March 31, she replaced her love letter song to Joe ‘Invisible String‘ with ‘The 1‘.

One fan wrote on TikTok: “Realizing the breakup might be why Taylor switched the setlist from invisible string to the 1.”

Who knows if that’s the reasoning behind the switch or not, but either way, she and Joe are done. They had managed to keep their relationship fairly private throughout the years. They were only spotted together by the paparazzi a handful of times.

And during interviews, they liked to play coy as well. When asked about potentially getting engaged during an interview with WSJ. Magazine, Joe had this to say…

If I had a pound for every time I think I’ve been told I’ve been engaged, then I’d have a lot of pound coins. I mean, the truth is, if the answer was yes, I wouldn’t say, and if the answer was no, I wouldn’t say.

We’re not sure what went wrong. It honestly felt like a pregnancy announcement would be more likely than a split announcement.

Where will Swift go from here? I don’t know, but I do know her next album is going to be FIIIIIRRRRREEEE! No one writes better music than a heartbroken T-Swift. NO ONE!
