Jada Pinkett Smith Says THIS Is The Reason She Will Never Divorce Will Smith

As we told you earlier this week, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have apparently been living separate lives for the past seven years. Jada made this shocking admission in an interview with Hoda Kotb on NBC.

She claims they have been “separated” for seven years and no longer live together. Despite this, they’ve attended multiple red carpet premieres together, and as you all know, they attended the Oscars together a couple years back. They have put out a united front for the cameras.

And it looks like that’s going to continue being the case because Jada says she’ll probably never divorce Will.

I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce. We will work through whatever. And I just haven’t been able to break that promise. We have deep love for each other. I’m going to be by his side.

They do know you can still have “deep love” for someone and not be married to them, right? It’s strange that they’re both so caught up in the label of being married.

Elsewhere in the interview, Jada revealed there were “a lot of things” that led to them separating. It wasn’t just one thing.

I think by the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.

As for why she’s talking about all this now? Well, it’s because she has a new memoir coming up next week titled “Worthy” and she’s trying to make that sh*t a bestseller.
