Bobby Shmurda Takes Plea Deal, Gets 7 Years; Find Out Why that’s Light and How Jail Phones & Cell Phones Got Him Locked Up in The First Place.
4 – In a phone conversation, another gang member alleged that Shmurda was carrying two guns, saying, “Your boy Bobby out here with 2 CDs [code for guns] on him like he in the wild wild west or something.” This was April 2014.
5 – In a phone conversation, Shmurda accuses another gang member of hurting the narcotics business by being too aggressive with members of a rival gang. “He movin’ aggressive and you can’t do that when you tryin’ to make money,” he said in May 2014.
6 – He shot into a crowd of people, shattering a barber shop window, in June 2014. A string of calls between other GS9 guys suggests that he had been pretending to shoot one of their own.
7 – Shmurda was arrested with another gang member for possession of two guns and narcotics paraphernalia in June 2014.
8 – A telephone conversation between two GS9 gang members suggests that Shmurda’s family in New York were a source for firearms.

Although his attorney originally said that the charges were a bunch of bullsh*t and the indictment was worthless pieces of paper, someone must have let him hear those phone records because given the evidence and the charges, being found guilty could have easily resulted in a multiple 25 year sentences.
Bobby will get credit for the 2 years served and his attorney feels he could be out after just 3 more years.
OH YEAH…AND THIS HAPPENED
While locked up, Bobby had his 18 year old girlfriend, Kimberly Rousseau attempt to smuggle in a shank. She hid the weapon in her bra and was caught trying to hand it off. A guard spotted her lifting a white latex balloon wrapped in electrical tape out of her bra and handing it to Bobby. Rousseau was sentenced as a juvenile and her record wiped clean. All she has to do is stay out of trouble. It looks like Bobby being in prison has definitely taken it’s toll on her.
