Raven Symone’s State of Georgia Gets Cancelled by ABC Family

I have to admit….I actually like it.

“State of Georgia” premiered this summer on ABC family, but I caught what I believe was all the episodes on HULU.   It was a very carefree sitcom about her and a friend moving to the big city to find fame.

For ABC family – I thought the show was actually good, but apparently it failed to bring in the numbers.

Raven can add this to the ever growing list of issues.  She had a tour cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” and sales from her last album Raven-Symoné were lack luster to say the least. 

She caught attention recently with her slimmed down look, but she tried to downplay that.  During an interview to promote “State of Georgia” she said very coldly,

 “I lost the weight by accident”

I guess Raven is all grown up, with grown up problems now.  But before you feel too sorry for her, not only is she talented, beautiful and well liked, she is also worth $40 – $50 million.
