Rumors of the $1.3 Million dollar, Lenox Hill Hospital wing, takeover are proving true.  People are up at arms about this guy who couldn’t see his new born twins.

As it’s told, Mr. Neil Coulon, was stopped from seeing his new born preemies, not one, but three times.  On top of the $1.3 Million that Jay and B shelled out for the 4th floor wing, they spent another $200,000 on additional security guards.  When Coulon wanted to visit his newborns, he wasn’t stopped by the hospital, but by the hired guards.  As stated by Mr. Coulon,
