Chris Brown and Drake Off The Hook In Nightclub Brawl
A judge in New York has just ruled that Chris Brown and Drake will not have to pay anything in the $16 million lawsuit by Entertainment Enterprises.
As most of you know, Drake and Chris Brown got into a little slap fest at the W.I.P. nightclub last year. There were bottles thrown, punches thrown and tables moved clear across the room. The aftermath photo of the event really looks a lot worse than it actually was.
Anyway, Greenhouse Nightclub sits next to the nightclub where the brawl took place, and they were the ones who actually filed the lawsuit. They claimed their reputation took a “hit” after the brawl because of how close they were to the incident. The massive brawl supposedly cost them a lot of money and that is the reason they filed the massive lawsuit.
However, the judge in the case didn’t see it that way and has ordered against the lawsuit. The judge says that Chris and Drake have no responsibility when it comes to the Greenhouse Nightclub, especially since the damn brawl didn’t even happen there!
People will sue for anything these days, huh? $16 million because a brawl took place close to your building? Get real! That’d be like me trying to sue Wal-Mart for emotional distress after seeing massive amounts of a** cracks in their stores.
