2 Chainz arrested after Nine Hour Standoff With Cops

It looks like 2 Chainz will be in a ball and chain. Apparently he has let his sudden rise to stardom go to his head.

WHAT HAPPENED?

While in Oklahoma City, 2 Chainz’ tour bus was pulled over for a broken tail light.  He had just finished a gig with Lil Wayne and T.I. when the bus was stopped early this morning.  Police immediately suspected drug use and when they went to inspect the vehicle they were locked out.

The bus driver was the first to get arrested, but as he was taken off the bus, the interior door shut and locked the cops out.  Everybody who was on the bus refused to leave and refused to let more importantly refused to let the police in.

The police proceeded to call a tow truck and had the bus towed with everyone locked inside! They drop the bus off at a police training facility that was just four miles away and then went off to obtain a search warrant.   Once their paperwork was in order they were able to get access to the back of the bus and arrested 11 people including 2 Chainz.  They also found narcotics on the bus but was not able to tie them to any one person.

They were all arrested for obstruction of justice and booked.

Not much of a standoff, no guns, no hostages no bodies, but watch the reporter in the clip below describe them as….”some sort of musical group”!
