So Sad! Actress Toya Wright (Ex-wife of Lil Wayne & wife of Memphitz) Loses Both of Her Brothers To Gunfire. This Prompts K. Michelle to Stop Long Standing Feud
This is truly sad news. Actress Toya Wright, lost both of her brothers this weekend. Details of exactly what happened are still pouring in but what we do know is that the two were shot.
The first report was from the New Orleans Police Department’s twitter feed. They reported that two males were shot at an intersection in New Orleans in an area known as the seventh ward.
To get a sense of the crime rate in that area, the national average is 366 violent crimes annually per 100K people. The seventh ward has an estimated 1,213 violent crimes annually per 100K people. The overall crime rate is 119% higher than the national average. The scary part is, it’s 30% safer than other cities in Louisiana!
After the initial tweet, the NOPD sent out a subsequent tweet confirming that the two victims had died as a result of their injuries.

We know now that Wright was actually performing at a concert when she heard the news and she ran off stage crying. Although she has not personally confirmed the deaths, we do know that Rudy’s girlfriend acknowledged the loss on social media. She posted this on Instagram:
