Doja Cat Says Bye Bye To Instagram After Revealing She’s Been Having “F**ked Up Thoughts”
Social media is becoming too much for Doja Cat, or at least one social media app in particular. The 28-year-old rapper/singer deactivated her Instagram account this past weekend, revealing she’s been having “f**ked up thoughts” because of comments she gets on the app.
“Hey i’m gonna deactivate because i’m not really feeling this anymore,” she wrote in a now-deleted post.
She then added…
you guys take care of yourselves. i like coming here to find inspo and see people being creative but i just feel like this is getting to be too much. Please watch how you talk to and about people on the internet. I have f–ked up thoughts due to the way im spoken to on here and treated.
It’s interesting she has those thoughts considering she’s been known to talk rudely to her fans online. We’re pretty sure she’s told her fans they’re dumb for liking her music before. That was her, right?
She had more than 24 million followers on Instagram, so that’s a pretty big marketing source gone for her, although, they’ll all come back once she reactivates her account.
Some of you may remember last summer, Doja lost over 250,000 of those followers after getting in a bizarre feud with some of her most loyal fans.
My fans don’t name themselves s–t. If you call yourself a ‘kitten’ or f–king ‘kittenz’ that means you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents with the house.
She also called some of her fans creepy, so you know… you get what you put out, right? Hard to feel bad for her when she treats her fans like sh*t.
