Mary J. Blige’s Divorce Is Getting Ugly, Estranged Husband Is Going After All Her Money!
Isascs’ ability to get spousal support, and now we know why she was so quick to ask for the block. TMZ is reporting that Kendu has filed his response to her divorce petition, and he’s going after her money.
He believes he deserves spousal support, and he’s allegedly asking for the moon. No one knows if they have a prenup or not, but it’s starting to seem unlikely that they do. And if they don’t, things aren’t looking good for the 45-year-old singer. She’s clearly bringing in more cash than he is. Kendu doesn’t have anything to lose, so he’s going after everything.
Heck, this dude even wants Blige to pay his lawyer’s fees. Who knows if he’ll get everything he’s asking for, but I guess you can’t blame him for trying. Getting married to a rich celeb is basically an investment. Kendu wants his return now.
We’ll keep you posted. By the way, when a fan on Instagram asked Kendu what he did to Blige, he responded by saying, “married her. Loved her. Helped her. And try to grow with her.”
As a manager, it’s not clear if Mary was his only client so after he loses his cash cow, he probably doesn’t know what he will do. Mary on the other hand, her hustle game is strong. She’s dropping a new album, she just announced that she will be going on tour with Maxwell and she secured a part in the new season of “How to Get Away with Murder”. Looks like Mary’s new manager is going to have a good year.
