Lady Gaga’s New Cause: Justify My Fatness 2012!
This is the problem when you have 29 Million twitter fans, a blog, and 53 million facebook fans……When you go through mood swings, or adjustment periods, you bring about 100 million people along with you.
This is exactly what Lady Gaga is doing.
She has no doubt gained weight, but instead of simply saying, “Hey, I gained weight. I’m going to take some time off the gym but I will be back in shape soon” , she decides to take America’s youth right along with her.
LADY GAGA HAS A NEW CAUSE: It’s called how to justify my fat lazy ass!
She used her blog, LittleMonsters.com and her facebook fan page as a sounding board this week, admitting that she struggled from eating disorders since childhood.
She then posted pictures of herself in her bra and panties that read:
‘Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15.’
Then she wrote:
‘My boyfriend prefers me curvier. When I eat I am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I’m happy. Happier than I’ve ever been.
‘I am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size.’
NOTE: If my girlfriend was worth $150 Million and came home looking like Rosie O’Donnell I would tell her she was beautiful.
Gaga admits that she has gained 25 lbs. As a man who stands nearly 6 feet tall, 25 lbs of anything is substantial. Lady Gaga is only 5 ft. 1 inches. She has no doubted gained 25 lbs of fat and it’s awful. She has been photographed trying to stuff these new found rolls into her same sexy outfits. Her “people” should be fired.

She has now launched a sub-section on her website called Body Revolution and with that re-launch she has posted some pics of her now “curvier” self.
Gaga wrote:
‘But today I join the BODY REVOLUTION. To Inspire Bravery. And BREED some m$therf**king COMPASSION.’
‘My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: “to inspire bravery.”
‘This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your “perceived flaws,” as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous.’
‘Hey Guys its Gaga… Now that the body revolution has begun, be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities.’
HONESTLY – THESE PHOTOS ARE NOT BAD AT ALL. IN FACT – SHE’S GOT A NICE DONKEY!!
IT’S THESE PHOTOS THAT WORRY ME
The truth of the matter is she gained weight. A ton of weight, however she still insisted upon stuffing her fat ass into these skimpy little outfits and prancing around on stage. What she doesn’t mention in her “little” blog is that she is a performer and if you are trying to make it in the industry, then being in shape is not a bad thing, it’s almost necessary.
EVEN NOW, LADY GAGA IS NOT BAD AT ALL – BUT HER MESSAGE IS REACHING EVERYONE
Including those youth who are in bad shape.
America’s youth is so overweight that it’s a threat to our national security. We can’t find people fit enough to join our military. 27 percent of 17- to 24-year-olds are too overweight to protect our country.
The message she should be putting out there is simply, “You don’t have to starve yourself, or be unhealthy to lose weight and be in shape”. How about that? Instead of justifying that it’s ok to overeat and be a lazy fat ass, how about showing people the right way to eat and exercise; Michelle Obama style.
Tyra Banks went through this phase when she so called “fought back”. After some fat photos were posted of her, she used her television show to launch an FU campaign and then as soon as no one was looking she snuck back in the gym and shed the pounds with the quickness.
Mo’nique the comedian. She said for years she was proud of her curves, but recently admitted that she was covering up because she just wasn’t ready to take responsibility and get in shape.
Raven Symone, did the same thing.
Remember the Kelly Osbourne and Christina Aguilera feud. When Kelly lost her weight she revealed the Christina used to make fun of her for being fat, and Kelly laughed as she watched Christina balloon up.
Instead of saying that you are “curvy” and trying to embrace a lifestyle of over eating and laziness, just say you are taking some time off. It’s Ok. We all do. This way you won’t look like such a hypocrite when you get back in the gym. Black fat women have been preaching how “curvy” they are for years. The truth of the matter is African American girls are 80% more likely to be overweight than Non-Hispanic White girls. See what happens when you “embrace” your curves.
Let’s face it ladies…when your emotions die down, and you are done being in defense mode, you will see these unflattering photos of yourself and be pissed off at those closest to you for not telling you that you were out of control.
And don’t compare yourself to the “average” weight, because no one wants to be average:
63.1% of adults in the U.S. were either overweight or obese in 2009. 36.6% of Americans are overweight and 26.5% obese. There’s your average.
Let’s put the fork down. Gaga – this means you.
