Chris Brown Facing Jail Time Again

Back in May, Chris Brown was involved in a little fender bender in Los Angeles. Paparazzi managed to snap several photos of the accident, and in the photos Chris Brown can be seen talking to the driver of the other car. However, the driver claimed that Chris refused to give his driver’s license to her and that he offered her fake insurance before leaving the accident scene.

Well, it appears like the driver of the car might have been telling the truth. The 24-year-old has now been charged with a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge. Even though he didn’t technically “hit-and-run” he refused to give any information, which is basically the same thing. They also charged him for driving without a valid license and he could face up to six months in jail for both charges.

But if the LA County D.A. determines that Brown violated his five-year probation, six months in jail might be the least of his worries. If they find that he violated his probation, he could face up to four years in prison!

I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene.

She contacted the cops thinking of a payday from Chris Brown when I followed the proper procedures.

My lawyers will be contacting you. I will not stand for this bullying and yellow journalism!”
