The happy couple spent a little time in Costa Rica with their children and their four-legged family members. Sources say the 33-year-old Brazilian supermodel was enjoying every last minute of this vacation with her family. Right after they returned home to Boston, she had to leave for Barcelona.

The supermodel has a special shoot with Vogue Brazil and will be busy for the next few weeks. Poor Tom Brady will have to rely on his hands while his beautiful wife does beautiful wife things in Barcelona.
