The Bad Guy Wins: Selena Gomez Forced To Sell Mansion Because Of A Persistent Stalker
It looks like stalkers all over the world will be celebrating a small victory today. The 23-year-old pop star, Selena Gomez, has decided to sell her mansion in California after owning it for just a little over one year.
And it’s not because she just wants something “new” and “fresh” like most celebrities. She’s moving because some crazy stalker has made her life hell ever since she moved in. Just a few days after she made the mansion her home, a stalker showed up. He was able to get away the first time.
But then he came back just a few days later. He was found hiding out in her guesthouse, which was probably a terrifying experience for Selena. Thankfully, the stalker was arrested, but was only sentenced to 45 days in jail after pleading no contest.
After her miserable first week inside the mansion, Selena would have to call police at least three more times because of suspicious behavior around her house. That puts the total at around 5 or 6? That’s apparently too high for Selena, and we certainly can’t blame her.
She bought the 7,700 square foot home for $3.7 million. According to the current listing price, she’s asking $4.5 million for it. So at least she might make a little money from this terrible experience.
And according to the Twitter user you see below, the house is Tumblr AF. We can only assume that means a robotic hand swings down from the ceiling and slaps you in the face every single time you call someone fat or gay.
