Bill Cosby Found Civilly Liable For Sexual Assault On Underage Teen At Playboy Mansion Back In 1975

Even though Bill Cosby is currently out of jail, the numerous sexual assault/rape allegations continue to follow him around. On Tuesday, June 21, the former actor/comedian was found civilly liable of sexually assaulting a woman named Judy Huth while she was underage at the Playboy Mansion in 1975.

A civil jury ruled in favor of Huth, who is now 64-years-old. She claims that Cosby molested her inside a bedroom during a party at Hugh Hefner’s house (which Cosby invited her to!) when she was 16-years-old. He would have been in his late 30s at the time.

Documents obtained by Us from the two-week-long trial confirm that Huth was awarded $500,000 in damages. The documents also state that Huth was ‘under the age of 18 years’ when she came into contact with Cosby and that he ‘intended to cause harmful or offensive contact with Ms. Huth by ‘use of his sexual organs,’ while being motivated by ‘abnormal’ and ‘unnatural’ sexual interest in her as a minor.

Of course, Cosby’s legal team is trying to spin this verdict. They claim it’s actually a victory because Huth was hoping to get millions.

In fact, they almost seemed to mock her in their statement to the media…

They are looking for millions of dollars. That amount [awarded] will not cover the legal bills and we will be appealing that matter. However, Mr. Cosby will not be paying punitive damages.

I mean… sure? The jury still found that he assaulted her when she was 16, so I’m not sure how it’s a victory simply because they didn’t award her more money.

In any event, this is not exactly surprising. The dude has been accused by over 60 women of sexual misconduct. Some people still defend him to this day, which hey, you do you. But if you’re truly walking around in life, thinking over 60 strangers came together in some bizarre attempt to ruin his career, then uh, I don’t know what to tell you. It’s not like we have a history of believing women. I mean, there’s no better example of that than this case. Dude has over 60 accusers and most people still defend him!

At this point, you better have a tape of your abuser doing the abusing and some signed documents from them admitting to the assault. Also hold a newspaper in the air with today’s date while being abused.
