Cassie Files Lawsuit Against Sean “Diddy” Combs, Claims He Raped And Physically Abused Her

As some of you may remember, singer Cassie met Sean “Diddy” Combs when she was just 19-years-old back in 2005. He would have been 36 at the time. He is often credited for discovering her.

But it looks like there’s a lot more to the story. The now 37-year-old singer has filed a pretty disturbing lawsuit against Combs, detailing years of physical and emotional abuse. She also claims he raped her and forced her to have sex with male prostitutes while he filmed the encounters.

Cassie also alleged in the suit that Diddy — born Sean Combs — forced his way into her home and raped her toward the end of their longtime relationship in 2018. The ‘Long Way 2 Go’ singer, 37, claimed in the lawsuit that Diddy, 54, ‘was prone to uncontrollable rage, and frequently beat Ms. Ventura savagely.’

She says that the beatings were often witnessed by his employees, but no one dared to say anything because they didn’t want to be next.

Over the years that Mr. Combs abused Ms. Ventura physically and sexually, she again and again tried to escape his tight hold over her life. Every time she hid, Mr. Combs’s vast network of corporations and affiliated entities found her, and those who worked for Mr. Combs’s companies implored her to return to him.

Of course, reps for Diddy have denied the allegations. They claim Cassie is just after money and has been trying to get millions from Diddy for years now.

Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations. For the past 6 months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail. Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’s reputation and seeking a payday.

Attorneys for Cassie call B.S. on that though. They say Cassie spoke to Diddy before filing this lawsuit and he attempted to give her a paycheck in order for her to remain silent. They claim his offer was eight figures.

It’s worth noting Cassie isn’t the only ex who has accused Diddy of abuse. Gina Huynh, who goes by the nickname Virginia V., revealed in a 2019 interview that Diddy stomped on her stomach.

He stomped on my stomach really hard — like, took the wind out of my breath. I couldn’t breathe. He kept hitting me. I was pleading to him, ‘Can you just stop? I can’t breathe.’ He was mentally, emotionally and physically abusing me. He would always compare me to Cassie and tell me that I’m the bad one, she’s a good one.
