I think it’s safe to say that Drake is terrified of commitment. He dates a girl for a few months, drops them, dates another girl for a few months, drops them…repeat process. It’s hard to blame him. At 30-years-old, he’s one of the most successful rappers in the game. Staying single is good for his image at the moment.

And that’s why everyone was shocked back in December when it was announced that he and Jennifer Lopez (yes, the Jennifer Lopez) were dating. The 47-year-old singer started to feel a certain type of way while she and Drake recorded music together.

Last month, Drake purchased a $100,000 platinum and diamond Tiffany & Co. necklace for Lopez. He also shocked her by giving her the prom she never had. He rented out and transformed an L.A. church into a “winter-wonderland-themed dance” where they were crowned prom king and queen.

In addition to Drake spoiling her, Lopez also showed she was serious by introducing Drake to her children.

“Drake has been hanging out at Jennifer’s new house in Bel Air. He has been there several times and is getting to know her kids.”

But sadly, it looks like their relationship has already hit a wall. Sources say things “died down a bit” the past week or two, mostly due to their busy schedules.
