Jersey Shore Contract Negotiation & Night Club Ban, Postpone Italy
Well, Italy has been spared….at least for the time being.
Believe it or not, the night clubs and hotels in Italy have come together and banned MTV camera crews from coming into their establishments and filming.
It is a direct result of their antics in the US. Italy doesn’t want any of the ruckus the Shore crew has been famous for in the states.
DE JA VU – CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS CONRACTS!
The Italian night club situation is just a minor blip; The real issue is, the cast has not signed their contracts yet. That’s what happens when you give in season after season, now MTV has a bunch of Diva’s holding them hostage, and the cast can’t go to Italy until all contracts are negotiated.
They were originally scheduled to leave in a week, on April 18th, now it’s been postponed at least until May. Right now Snooki, Sitch, JWoww and Pauly D have all not signed contracts.
Some famous Italian media outlets are attacking the crew, something that they are all used to, and probably prepared for. Some of the criticisms have been,
‘They are vulgar, bronzed, tattooed and muscle bound – and that’s just the men while the girls are all breasts to the wind.’
Trust me, when Italy sees all the money that comes along with MTV, The Jersey Shore and the TV crew, they will be welcoming them with open arms.
