NBC Could Be New Home for House!
Could House be Moving to NBC?
You really learn a lot when money starts to be an issue.
Fox might lose one of its biggest hits “House”, because they can’t negotiate with NBC. NBC?
Yep, NBCUniversal actually owns “House” and Fox and NBC are beefing over who’s going to pay for a potential Season 8. The current set-up, has Fox paying for the production and giving NBC a licensing fee. That means that FOX is paying Hugh Laurie’s huge salary. Fox doesn’t want to pay the same amount because actor salaries are increasing and House’s ratings are decreasing. If NBC doesn’t want to play, “House” can might find itself in a new Home.
