Newest Atlanta Housewife Marlo Hampton, Rapsheets and Mugshots.

There is always debate about which branch of “The Real Housewives” tree brings the most drama. Atlanta is always at the top of that list and the upcoming seasons will not disappoint. A matter of fact, the drama has already started!

Introducing the newest housewife, Marlo Hampton. I found out about her not through some vanity shoot promo photo, but from her various mug shots!

Who is Marlo Hampton?
Well she’s got her money from being engaged to NFL player Charles Grant. I tried to find a good picture of him and I found a good one, and then a great one.

He’s no Denzel, but he’s rich, and in his prime.
So his Boo, Marlo Hampton was running wild from 1999 to 2003.

However if you really look closely, it can be summed up as, she got into a bad fight, and just couldn’t follow the rules of probation.

• Sept 1999 – Her first arrest she spent 122 days in jail for aggravated battery with great bodily harm.
• June 200 – Probation violation
• Feb. 2001 – Probation violation
• Sept. 2002 – Arrested for issuing a bad check.
• Dec. 2002 – possession of a firearm which was also…you guessed it, a probation violation.
• July 2003 – You guessed it, a probation violation yet again.

I think despite all the probation violations she is probably no dummy, but just an idiot. She somehow relocated from Florida to Atlanta for a clean slate and somehow managed to get a million dollar meal ticket by her engagement to the New Orleans Saints Defensive end.

She new what she was getting into with this series and the 35 year old stepped up and owned it with a statement:

‘It has come to my attention that some of my past indiscretions have come to light,’ she said in a statement.

‘Let me first state that I am not ashamed of my past as that has helped me become a better woman today.

‘We all have a past and my hard-knock childhood in and out of the foster care system is a reflection on a bigger issue we are faced with here in America, a broken foster care system.

‘My present charge in life is to live with God in my heart and help young women especially from the foster care system avoid the challenges I faced.

‘I’m more then just what is being said of me and I have a story to tell.’

Nene Leakes cheating with Charles Grant?
Well now it all makes sense. Back in January, there were rumors started by Nene’s husband Greg Leakes that there has been some sort of relationship between Nene and Charles. Back in Jan. we didn’t know how to connect the two, but now we see, their interaction could have been a direct result of the show.
Things got so hot, that there was a rumored physical altercation between Greg and Charles, which would be dumb on Greg’s part. Charles is a big Mofo and Great is……well, old.
Someone released their personal account of the incident:

Just seen NeNe Leakes of Atlanta Housewives with her boyfriend, NFL football player, Charles Grant outside a 24-hour supermarket just minutes after 1:00AM in Alpharetta, GA. on Thursday, January 20, 2011, while Grant and NeNe’s husband, Greg, wrestled for what seemed to be car keys. The altercation lasted about 10 minutes but was stopped by an officer in a private security vehicle. NeNe Leakes left the scene as a passenger in what appeared to be Grant’s vehicle.

In turn Greg’s camp releases the statement in response:

“We are aware of the bizarre rumor; however, my client, Charles Grant, was not involved in a dispute, argument, or physical exchange of any sort with NeNe or Greg Leakes. If the altercation had taken place, it would not have been a security car arriving on the scene, it would have been an ambulance. Charles is a 6’3″ and 290 pound NFL defensive end. The statement is ridiculous.”

I guess we’ll see when Season 4 starts in October.
