Daryl Hannah Arrested at the White House!

Daryl Hannah was arrested yesterday in front of the White House for a sit-in.

She was protesting a pipeline expansion project.  She was with over 100 people who were demonstrating against the plan that would increase the amount of oil that the US gets from Canada’s Alberta oil sands.

Before she was arrested she said,

“We stand here today to just say no to slavery, to just say no to tar, sands, oil, and no to the Keystone pipeline,”

WTF?? – No comment from me on that.

The actress who is best well known for her role in “Splash” was shown thowing up deuces as she was loaded into the paddy wagon.

I’m sure there are a bunch of you like “who the hell is Daryl Hannah” and WTF is “Splash”

She was actually in Kill Bill 1 & 2, maybe that helps.  She played Elle Driver.  If you still don’t know, don’t worry, Kill Bill 3 is coming.
