Sofia Vergara’s Son Catches Her Engagement On Video
Back in June when Sofia Vergara was in Mexico celebrating her 40th birthday we learned that she had gotten engaged. Then we heard from People magazine in Mexico that she wasn’t engaged.
There is nothing like video footage to set the record straight.
Vergara’s son, Manolo Gonzalez was there and able to catch the entire thing on camera for his YouTube mockumentary series called Mi Vida Con Toty, which means My Life With the World’s Hottest Milf —-I mean “My Life with Toty”. Toty is Sophia’s Vergara’s nickname.
The 19 year old posted the video online today. The proposal took place during Vergara’s 40th birthday celebration week in Mexico. This protion of the celebration included a trip with 100 people to explore the Mayan ruins in Chichen Itza.
As Manolo tells the story it has always been Sophia’s dream to go to the top of the pyramids and her family and friends actually got special permission that allowed her to do just that.
You don’t actually see the proposal because it happens on top of the pyramid. You see the couple go up to the top of the pyramid, and then come back down holding hands. According to Manolo’s commentary the proposal went down at the top of the pyramid,
‘Once they were to the top of the pyramid, my mother’s longtime boyfriend, Nick, proposed to her.’
When she comes down Manolo asked to see the ring which Sophia shows off proudly. It’s huge – but Nick Loeb has a lot of money, let’s not forget he’s the crunchy onion king!
Although her rep. and people around her denied the proposal, you have to believe it’s a done deal now.
I say to Nick Loeb – Good Move. There’s no better way to cover up scandal and alleged hookers and drugs then with a little bling. Ask Kobe.
Heres the video. Don’t expect much, it’s actually quite boring. At about 2:45 you see Sofia heading up the pyramid and 4:04 you see the ring and at 4:10 you are pissed off at me for making you watch it.
