Rihanna Nivea

Guess Which Company Just Fired Rihanna and Why?

The new regime at Nivea is not digging Rihanna.  Stefan Heidenreich has given the singer the BOOT!  Rihanna is (was) the face of Nivea’s 100th anniversary year, and Heidenreich, for the life of him, can’t understand why.

Heidenreich put an end to all the Rihanna nonsense, he said,

“Rihanna is a no go, I do not understand how to bring the core brand of Nivea in conjunction with Rihanna. Nivea is a company which stands for trust, family and reliability.”

Daym!  He also said that despite Nivea sponsoring Rihanna’s tour that the ads that were chosen should have never been aired.

Rihanna went all “twitter” on Heidenreich posting a picture of is face with the words,

This is typical, “I don’t give a sh*t” Rihanna, not letting it get to her.  Let’s face it, if you made $53 million last year, you wouldn’t really care about much either.

HEIDNEREICH IS ACTUALLY RIGHT

I have to agree with Heidnereich, “Rachet RiRi” is not someone I would want representing my family values brand.  Stop for a second and think about Rihanna as a role model for you daughter, not some hot chick that you would bang, or some super rich girl you would want to be like or feel you is just like you.  Think of her as a role model for your 11 year old daughter.  Pictures of her smoking, drinking, making it rain in the club, half naked in almost everything she does…..Now you start to see Rihanna through the Heidnereich glasses.  Just look through her twitter feed,

Now tell me that represents trust, family and reliability.  It doesn’t.  Shout out to Heidnereich for not selling out.  It’s no disrespect to Ri-Ri, but if I was looking for a Ciroc endorsement it would be her, but for a family product…not so much.  BTW, don’t feel too bad for her, she still has Vita Coco and Armani paying her so I think she’s still in pretty good shape.
