Arnold Schwarzenegger’s “The Last Stand” Movie Poster Hits the Interweb
He’s Back! The Clint Eastwood-esque movie poster of “The Last Stand” hit the web yesterday. The Last Stand is first starring role in almost 10 years. 2003’s Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines was the last time Arnie was solely responsible for putting asses in the seats. Come this January 18th, he is taking on the challenge again. He will be playing an ex-LAPD police officer who is now the Sheriff of a small border town called Summerton Junction. Things are usually quiet in Summerton Junction, except when a drug king pin breaks out of a courthouse during his trial and heads to Summerton in attempts to cross the border into Mexico. The only things that stand between this cartel leader and freedom is Arnold, his inexperienced small town staff, and a big ass gun!
Schwarzenegger will be joined by Forest Whitaker, Johnny Knoxville and everyone’s favorite character actor Luis Guzman. Feedback from early screenings say Arnold is great and the shooting scenes are awesome. If this stays rated R, we could be in for a treat.
