Pink Showing that Hard Work and Dedication Keeps Things Tight!

Looks like Pink has her body back!  It’s hard to believe that she gave birth only 19 months ago.  She is photographed here in Miami with her ultra-tattooed husband Carey Hart and her little girl Willow Sage.

Pink’s tours are known for her acrobatics and are no doubt physically demanding.  Considering that she had a C-Section her body including her abs is in phenomenal shape.  During an interview last year she talked about how intense her training regimen is,

“..you can’t cut corners. And for me it was huge because I had a C-section so they cut your stomach muscles. I couldn’t even sit up on my own for like two-and-a-half months and that scared the bejesus out of me. I do an hour-and-a-half [of training] a day for five days a week, plus all my rehearsals.”

Obviously, hard work pays off!
