All My Children and One Life To Live Announce their Premiere Dates.
Soap fans can rejoice. All My Children and One Life to Live are back. April 29th both shows will be made available online daily. This project has been in the works for quite some time. The online network Prospect Park has been making moves to finally bring these two shows back to fans. I reported back in November 2011 that the project was scrapped, but Prospect Park partners Jeff Kwatinetz and Rich Frank fought hard to bring the project to fruition. The two released a statement,
We thank the fans whose tenaciousness to see these shows return made this historical moment possible. We are determined to repay their support by delivering new and creatively groundbreaking episodes that both the fans, as well as legions of new viewers, will love. These viewers will absolutely embrace the flexibility Hulu and iTunes provide to watch their shows anywhere, anytime,
When they say anytime, anywhere they are not joking. Hulu will start chronicling the shows and making them available to Hulu plus subscribers and if you miss a show in real time you will also have the option to buy the episode on iTunes. Both shows will be filmed in the same studio located in Stamford, Ct.
