Rob Kardashian Sued!

Rob “Give Me Your Damn Cookies!” Kardashian is being sued for robbery and assault. No, he didn’t rob a bakery and assault a bunch of powdered donuts. The lawsuit comes from an incident Rob was involved in last month when it was reported that Rob stole a photographers camera and ripped the memory card out of it. He was allegedly angry after the photographer snapped photos of him shirtless. The madness went down at a gym in West Hollywood where the lady photographer was waiting for Rob.

Things apparently turned ugly when Rob spotted the lady taking pictures of him, and allegedly assaulted her and stole her memory card. However, Rob claims he only got so angry because photographer was trespassing on private property. Witnesses appear to be on Rob’s said, claiming the woman taking the photos was hiding in her car in the private garage.

The lawyer representing the photographer had this to say about the case,  The lawyer told TMZ,

“While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Viak was completely unjustified.”

Can you imagine if the tables were turned? If Rob was the one stalking some lady in a garage, snapping photos of her shirtless? He would be in jail right now. Why is there such a double standard? I hope she loses her lawsuit.
