Angelina Jolie Makes First Public Appearance

Angelina Jolie made her first public appearance since she broke the news that she had a double mastectomy. She stood in front of cameras next to her husband Brad Pitt for the red carpet premiere of World War Z. As you can see from the picture she looked absolutely stunning, and Brad Pitt told reporters just how much her support means to him.

“(Her support is) the same thing it means every time she comes to support me, but this time we don’t have that other thing hanging over us that we knew we’d have to deal with at some point – her specifically, physically. It’s a huge relief to know that’s the thing that’s not going to take her. (Cancer) is not the thing I’m going to have to explain to the kids about why they can’t see mom again. It’s big. It’s everything.” Pitt said about his wife’s decision to get a preventative double mastectomy.

He also said that he was very proud of her and he even called her a badass, which we already knew. She was a badass before we found out this news! I’ve always thought of Angelina as the hot badass who would cut off a penis if it looked at her the wrong way.

Anyway, Jolie didn’t say much to reporters at the event, but she did state that she feels “wonderful.”
