Kanye West Has Strange Relationship With Kris Jenner

Relationships with your girlfriend/boyfriend’s parents are always a little awkward, but when the girlfriend is Kim Kardashian and the mom is Kris Jenner, well, that just takes things to a new level. A journalist for W Magazine interviewed Kanye at his Paris Apartment before the release of his album and the release of his daughter.

And during the interview, something strange happened. Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner stopped by the apartment for the very first time. Kanye was giving her the grand tour of the place and even played her some his music. One of the songs he played for her was the song, “Awesome” which was written for Kim Kardashian. “Great job!” Jenner said after the song was finished, and that is where things got awkward.

Kanye didn’t seem pleased by her response, “Great job?” he questioned. He then raised his champagne glass in the air and said, “Great job, Baccarat, for making a glass that can hold liquid!.” And then he looked down at his pants and said, “Great job, belt loops, for keeping my pants up!” That last line actually has some truth to it. You’d be surprised at how many young people can’t seem to figure out how to get those belt loops to work.

Anyway, the interviewer says that Jenner laughed off Kanye’s sarcastic remarks and then left soon after. She told Kanye to call her if he wanted, but the interviewer noted that, “It seems apparent to everyone, including Jenner, that West will not call.”

Well, that is certainly an odd story, but it is totally believable. I can see Kanye West doing something like this. She should have known that, “Great job” wouldn’t be good enough for King Kanye. She should have bowed down to his greatness and kissed his feet. Oh well, she knows now for next time.
